Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the auto detailing services provided by EuroLuxe Detailing ("we," "us," or "our") at our facility located at 11701 Holderrieth Rd, Tomball, TX 77375. By scheduling or receiving services, you ("customer" or "you") agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide professional auto detailing services including but not limited to:

• Ceramic coating application and maintenance
• Paint protection film (PPF) installation
• Paint correction and polishing
• Ceramic window tinting
• Multi-service protection packages

Specific services, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing (via quote, invoice, or work order) before work begins. Service availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

• Appointments are required for all services
• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future appointments
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control

4. Vehicle Condition and Inspection

Prior to service, we perform an inspection of your vehicle and document its condition. You acknowledge that:

• Pre-existing damage (chips, scratches, dents, oxidation, rust) is not our responsibility
• Some defects may become more visible after paint correction or coating application due to improved clarity
• We will notify you of any concerns discovered during inspection before proceeding
• Vehicles must be in operable condition and free of excessive contamination, mold, or biohazards

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable Texas sales tax
• Final pricing may differ from initial estimates based on actual vehicle condition, size, and scope of work
• A deposit may be required for certain services; deposit terms are specified on the work order
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as posted at our facility
• Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full

6. Warranties

Product warranties (for ceramic coatings, PPF, window tint films) are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their specific terms and conditions. We will provide warranty documentation for applicable products at the time of service.

Our workmanship is guaranteed for the period specified in your service documentation. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are subject to inspection at our facility.

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage from accidents, vandalism, or improper maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from automated car washes or abrasive cleaning methods
• Environmental damage (hail, fallen objects, chemical exposure)
• Modifications or repairs performed by third parties

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, EuroLuxe Detailing's total liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Vehicle Storage and Pickup

• Vehicles must be picked up within 24 hours of service completion notification
• Vehicles left beyond 48 hours without arrangement may be subject to a storage fee of $25 per day
• We are not responsible for vehicles or their contents left on our premises beyond the agreed service period

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services shall first be addressed through direct communication with our management team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Texas law governs these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Services performed after changes are posted are subject to the updated Terms.
